BCI area of work includes Project Management, Resident Engineering, Construction Inspection, Field Engineering, Office Engineering, Structural Engineering, Scheduling & Budget Control, Schedule delay & Claims Review, Cost Estimating, Constructability Review, Quality Control, Structural Inspection, Coordination & Agency Liaison, Staff Augmentation and Public Relations Services.
BCI has completed projects for City of Riverside, Caltrans District 7, 8 and 12. Engineering support for SFI JV at the Gerald Desmond Bridge Replacement and the OC405 partners. Presently providing Construction Support Services on the California High Speed Rail for Construction Package 2-3 (CP2-3).
